Project 1 :- Solid white oak floor. 

Project 2 :-  Refurbishment of 1970's bathroom.

Here you will find a solid white oak floor being laid.

 Floor prepared with leveling compound &  ESM Surface DPM Membrane.

   Oak boards started to be laid, forming a recess for    the doormat to sit flush with the top of the oak floor. 

 

Bottom of door linings cut out for the boards to sit under. 

 Boards glued down using  Ultrabond P990 adhesive. 

 

Boards cut around bullnose step. 

Doormat sits snuggley  into its recess.

 

Oak floor finished around the perimeter with torus skirting board .

Floor finished with a ramped threshold strip.

Door lining sealed & ready for decoration.

 Here is a typical bathroom suite from the 1970's.

 Toilet to be taken out & doorway blocked up.        Sink and bath to be removed. 

 

                                            Bathroom brought upto date with modern units etc.....                                                   

 Vanity sink unit sits where the old doorway was & the toilet now sits at 90 degrees to where it was.  A more modern bath with a swan neck lever  tap.

 

 Tiles & window to be removed.  

 

 New window installed complete with marble cill. Floor & wall tiles in a matt stone colour, enhanced with a mosaic border tile.

 

 150mm extactor fan to ensure the fast removal of steam from the mira excel shower. 

 

Vanity unit with full width sink & mirror, complete with it's own down lighter spots.
